The City of Minneapolis will be mailing an HIA Public Hearing letter to Summit House residents by Friday, May 24th. Please look for the notice of the Public Hearing in your postal mail by the fourth week of April. The City is required to mail out notifications of public hearings. The Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 6th. The City Council will approve the HIA Project on Friday, May 8th. It is expected that the City will issue the take-out commitment to Western Alliance Bank by Friday, May 15th.
HIA Project Work-Resume 4/13
All the trades will resume work this Monday, April 13th. As an added safety measure, the freight elevators in each building will be designated exclusively for HIA Project workers to use. Gilbert will be sanitizing the elevator when they lock it off at 7:00 a.m. and before they release it for the day at 3:30 p.m. This measure is being taken to protect the residents and the workers.
