Unit Surveys - June 26 - July 7
June 21, 2017
Unit Access Required
The engineers and architects are currently working on construction documents for all projects associated with HIA funding. The HIA funded projects include replacement of the HVAC riser pipes along with individual fan coil units within each residential unit.
In order to create accurate construction documents, we require access to each unit. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and apologize in advance for any interruption to your daily life. A Summit House team member will be accompanying the engineers and architects each day.
It is very important that we have access to the fan coil unit and its enclosure. It is requested that all furniture and any other obstructions are moved away from the HVAC equipment/enclosure. If you have questions about the location of the HVAC equipment please contact the office.
If obstructions are present in front of the equipment, Summit House staff members would need to temporarily remove the obstructions for the survey to be completed then move them back; therefore, please have all items moved away so that the teams can quickly move from unit to unit.
Scheduling
Enclosed is a schedule we will follow when accessing residential units. It is estimated that they will survey 4-5 units per hour so approximately 15 minutes in each unit. We realize that this schedule may not work for all owners and request that you notify Christine in the management office if any adjustments must be made. Due to time restrictions we are requesting that adjustments be made only with extenuating circumstances.
Again, we appreciate cooperation and apologize in advance for any disruption.
